HOW TO CASH OUT THROUGH PAYONEER ON BIGO
STEP 1: Open a dollar account
1. (GT Bank is highly recommended).
2. To open a dollar account with GT Bank: You are expected to get 2 referees, i.e. 2 persons with a current account in GT Bank for the past 6 months to act as your referee, if you are unable to get someone, we can assist you to get.
3. Opening a Savings account is also required.
4. Wait for a few days to get your account confirmed and your account number would be sent to you via text message or email.
STEP 2: Sign Up for Payoneer

STEP 3: Verify your Payoneer Account
1. Go to Verification Section
2. Required documents: National ID, International Passport, Driver’s license, or Voters card
3. Kindly download the Cam-scanner app to scan and upload your documents or visit a cybercafe.
4. Upload the documents to the verification center.
STEP 4: link your Payoneer Account to your Bigo Account

- To link your Payoneer account to Bigo, you must have up to 6700 Beans on your wallet before you can successfully link your Payoneer to the Bigo app.
STEP 5: Proceed to Cash Out
Withdraw from Bigo to Payoneer (3 -7 working days max) before the money would drop in your Payoneer wallet. Once the money drops in your Payoneer wallet, it doesn’t automatically drop in your dollar account
You need to withdraw from your Payoneer wallet to your dollar account.
(In total on or before 14 days). Once you have your money in your dollar account, you can walk
into the bank and your Account officer can help you in the bank to change your Dollar to Naira.
